GF/egg free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
1 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp. sea kelp flakes (optional, I add for nutrition, and could use more)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup butter melted
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet. Mix together and add chips. Drop on lightly oiled tray and bake for 25 minutes.
** add nuts, coconut flakes or dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, raisins etc) for added nutrition and flavor
